Are you at peace?

Let’s start by defining serenity, which is connected to peace…

se·ren·i·ty
/səˈrenitē/

noun

1. The state of being peaceful, untroubled, calm…

Inside meditation and peace there is serenity; and serenity exists in the present moment…


Ask yourself, how can I experience serenity, today?

Ask yourself, how can I experience ~ the thing I’m doing right now,
as a meditation? 
Then live from the question and see what unfolds…


Ask yourself…

What if everything was a meditation? How would you feel?

Or… if you’d rather experience a little chaos in the moment, today, which can be fun, then ask yourself; how can I enjoy this chaos?

The choice is yours.


Everything someone says or does…is to be accepted, as a meditation, today.

Everything that happens, or anything that doesn’t happen, is to be accepted.

Breathe it in, breathe it out…

Unless of course, there is abuse, present, then you should leave.


Sometimes the things people say, or don’t say; and some of the things people do, or don’t do ~ are upsetting and often, it is difficult to know exactly, what to “do.”  So, what should you do? Maybe this week, when you are experiencing something upsetting, simply walk away.

Please note, the things people say and do, only “mean” what you decide they mean; and perhaps, maybe, this week, ignore these things and decide what they mean, next week.  

For now, let it, let everything…be.

Imagine what could happened if we all focused on the intention this week! The purpose of focusing on an intention, or question is to practice it, so it can be called upon always and forever.


Remember, everyone is on their own path at their own pace, and we all have the same value. Also, while examining the intention and answering the question, make sure you’re not hurting yourself or anyone else.

The Yoga Book

“The idea for The Yoga Book came to me in a yoga class! I saw it clearly in my mind and I needed somewhere to write it down. Also, I had recently met with a Indian medical doctor, who had said “Different styles of yoga effect people differently, so it is important to know which ‘style of yoga’ is right for you.” So, I decided to create a book, where people could journal about their experiences in a yoga class, write about the different postures – how they felt, get inspired, and write about their insights… Sometimes I would come to class with a problem, any problem, and leave with a solution! And when I did, I’d write it down somewhere, so I decided to create The Yoga Book.”
