This week’s question is “How can you follow your dreams, today?”

So, let’s start by defining ‘follow your dreams…’

1. Pursue something that lights up your soul!

It starts with ~ making a decision that makes you happy!

  • Fear and excitement are actually the same bodily sensation, it’s merely a matter of changing your mind; i.e. deciding “I’m excited!”

Let’s continue by defining ‘steadfast…’



1. Determined and devoted.

Be devoted…

How to Follow Your Dreams…

  • Make a decision that lights up your soul!
  • Write it down!
  • Be steadfast and determined in your pursuit…

  • Be open to extreme possibilities; assistance can come in many ways!

Your dream… can be small, like for the weekend!

Ex:  My dream is to have an extraordinary weekend!

  • Ask yourself, what would it look like?
  • Then, take a small step, like googling something, today!
  • Find out prices, consider modes of transportation…whatever!
    If not this weekend, then next weekend or the following weekend! 
  • Start planning, today! 🙂

Or it can be larger…

Ex: My dream is to make a difference…

  • Ask yourself, how would I like to make a difference?
  • Ask yourself, how can I start, today?
  • Then, take a small step, like talking to someone about it…
  • Create a plan! Work the Plan, while playing “The Happy and Successful Game!” [See below]
  • Enjoy it!

Ex: My dream is to be a __________________________!
(Fill in the blank!)

  • Ask yourself, how can I start today?
    Then, take a small step, like googling something!
  • Create a plan!
  • Work the plan, while playing “The Happy and Successful Game!”

If you notice you’re in the moment, you’re present, you’re paying attention to every detail, savoring the moment, you win. You are a success! If you notice you’re not in the moment, you’re not present, you’re not paying attention to every detail, not savoring the moment, you loose.

The Yoga Book

“The idea for The Yoga Book came to me in a yoga class! I saw it clearly in my mind and I needed somewhere to write it down. Also, I had recently met with a Indian medical doctor, who had said “Different styles of yoga effect people differently, so it is important to know which ‘style of yoga’ is right for you.” So, I decided to create a book, where people could journal about their experiences in a yoga class, write about the different postures – how they felt, get inspired, and write about their insights… Sometimes I would come to class with a problem, any problem, and leave with a solution! And when I did, I’d write it down somewhere, so I decided to create The Yoga Book.”
