This week’s question is “How… can you put yourself first, today?”

So, let’s start by defining, ‘put yourself first….’

1. To consider your needs and desires as the most important… (which is the best thing for everyone.)

Let’s continue by defining ‘wholeness…’

How can you put yourself first, today?

  • Say “no.”
  • Schedule a list of things you need (or would like) to do
    for yourself and stick to it!
  • Check in with yourself…
    Ex: Ask yourself, “How do I feel? What do I want, right now? “
    Then feel your feelings and get whatever you want! 
  • Get whatever you need! Find a way to get it!

*As long as you’re not hurting yourself or anyone else…
