So, let’s start by defining ‘patient…’


1. The ability to accept frustrating things.

Ex: She decided to accept it, be patient and make a choice.

Let’s continue by defining ‘forgiving…’


1. Willing and ready to forgive.

Ex: She accepted the situation, forgave herself, then made a choice.

How can you be patient with yourself, today?
