So, let’s start by defining ‘savor…’


1. Enjoy something completely.

Ex: The falling snow, the sunrise, the taste of chocolate, the walk in the park, the starry sky, the good feeling…

How can you savor the everyday, today?

  • Notice the small stuff…
  • Look at it, closely.
  • Breathe it in…
  • Write it down!
  • Smile
  • Meditate!
