So, let’s start with defining ‘float…’

1. Not under the control of another.

Ex: She made her own choices, she floated freely…

How can you ‘float free,’ today?

  • Breathe…
  • Close your eyes during different postures!
  • Linger in Shavasana after class…
  • Be…
  • Know that you are free…
  • Make choices that make you happy!

Take action!

Remember to ‘float free’ inside your responsibilities… 🙂
