    What draws you in…?
    What consumes you? 
    What do you enjoy?

    Listening, Learning, Laughing, Talking…
  • Be in the moment…
  • Schedule a time to do the thing you love!
    It’s important…
  • Take chances!
  • Step outside of your comfort zone…

Ask yourself, “How can I do what I love, today?”
Then live from the question and see what unfolds…

And when I did, I’d write it down somewhere, so I decided to create The Yoga Book.”
