This week’s question is “How… can you ‘trust your intuition,’ today?” 

So, let’s start with defining ‘trust…’


1. A strong belief in the reality of something.

Let’s continue by defining ‘intuition…’


1. Inner wisdom, innate sense, instinct…Something someone knows based on instinctive feeling, rather than conscious reasoning.

Ex: She had a thought, seemingly out of no where, which seemed to make sense and be a ‘good choice.’ It was her intuition, and she followed it.

It can be the opposite of logic…

How… can you ‘trust your intuition,’ today?

  • Notice the thing that pops into your head…
    If it feels right, in the moment, take action!
    *Notice your thoughts before you go to sleep
    and just as you wake up, and take them seriously
