The reason you are upset – for a prolonged period of time – if you are upset, is because of a thought, or multiple thoughts and these thoughts are FALSE. Again, if you are upset for a prolonged period of time, it is due to a false thought or thoughts…
This is very important.
If you are upset for a prolonged period of time, it is because of the lies you tell yourself, so tell yourself the truth.
The truth is…”you are worthy of love and affection, you live in a global community, you are surrounded by love, you have a purpose, and you are speeding through space-time at top speed and you don’t quite know where you’re going and neither does anyone else!”
