This week’s question is “How… can you evolve in a relationship, today?”

So, let’s start by defining ‘evolve..’


1. Develop gradually, over time and with practice.

Ex: She laughed at certain behavior, she understood it. She evolved…

Let’s continue with defining ‘relationship…’


1.  The way two people (or things) are connected.

Ex: Boyfriend – Girlfriend, Spouse – Spouse, Sister – Brother, Sister – Sister, Brother – Brother, Mother – Child, Father – Child, Friend – Friend, Person – Money, Person – Work…

How… can you evolve in a relationship, today?

  • Be yourself, speak your truth…
    Notice if you’re hesitant…
    If you’re hesitant, you’re attached.
    Let go!
  • Learn… what ‘works’ and what doesn’t ‘work’ in your relationship.
    And make changes, accordingly…
  • Be 100% committed to it! It’s easier than being 99% committed… 🙂
    Think about it…
  • Explain the thing that upsets you, and why it upsets you…to the best of your ability.  Ask permission, first. For instance, “Is it o.k. if I talk to you about something that bothers me?” And if the person isn’t ready to hear it, then let it go… and accept it, for now. But reiterate that you’d like to talk about it, soon.
  • Know… the relationship could end at any moment and accept it.
  • Breathe…
  • Follow your heart…
  • Be true to yourself…

Ask yourself, “How can I ‘evolve in a relationship,’ today?”
