How… can you ‘validate yourself,’ today?

  • Check-in with yourself…
    “How do you feel, today?”
  • If you’re hungry, eat.
  • If you’re thirsty, drink.
  • If you’re tired, sleep.
    Find a way!
  • Take care of your well-being. 🙂
  • Pat yourself on the back for knowing ~ how you feel!
  • Acknowledge yourself…
    Say, “My thoughts are valid.”
    Say, “My interpretations are valid.”
  • Give yourself a gift for being you..
    It can be a free gift, like a home facial!
  • Write down your thoughts and feelings…
  • Write down the facts that led to the thoughts and feelings…
  • Wear comfortable clothes that express and elevate YOU.
    *If they’re clean, it’s a bonus!
  • Do your hair, if it makes you feel good. 🙂
  • Know…that your core is who you are and external~ness is an illusion.

Ask yourself, “How… can I ‘validate myself,’ today?”

The weekly question is “How… can you validate yourself, today?”

So, let’s define ‘validate’, and think about it…


1. To reinforce something as true.

Ex: If something is true for you, validate it by saying, “It is my experience. It is true and it matters.” Or you can validate it, by doing something about it. 🙂

And if you’re ready, in other words, if you feel sufficiently validated, ask yourself, “How can I validate someone else, or how can I validate a whole nation of people? How can you see the truth and take action?”
