How… can you ‘see the truth,’ today?

Weekly Question:  How… can you ‘see the truth?’

Weekly Intention: Grounded

“The more I see the less I know for sure.”
– John Lennon

How… can you ‘see the truth,’ today?

  • Breathe…
  • See the truth, rather than ‘seek the truth…’
  • Discuss ‘the truth…’
    Ask someone… “What is ‘true?’
  • Meditate…
  • Practice Yoga…
  • Take time to really look…
  • Let go of false fears…
  • Remember… you are enough.
  • Live a healthy lifestyle…
  • Trust your experience, while remaining open…
  • Contemplate the bigger picture…
What came before…? What caused this to happen, really?
  • Experience yourself as an intuitive vessel…
*Trust you Intuition…your inner wisdom, innate sense, or instinct. It is what you know based on instinctive feeling, rather than conscious reasoning.

Ask yourself, “How… can I ‘see the truth,’ today?”
Then live from the question and see what unfolds…

Weekly Notes

The weekly question is “How… can you ‘see the truth,’ today?”

So, let’s define some words and think about it…

1. To know something spiritually (in this case)…

Ex: You can see the truth if you look at the big picture.

1. A reality in existence…

Other Notes

Let’s talk about love, in all its splendid forms.

Ultimately, loving someone for who they are ~ is letting them go and letting them be, whereas loving someone for what they can do for you is something else; i.e. validate, support, listen, etc.

However, these things can be expressions of love.

These ‘expressions of love,’ if deliberately sought out by someone, are usually  unreal – because they are forced. They are met with disappointment. In other words, the validation, support and listening are somewhat inauthentic, because they haven’t come from a place of love. Rather, they’ve come from a sense of obligation.

True expressions of love come from true love, or self-love. And true love already exists in our true nature, as human beings, which is the love and acceptance we give ourselves and others, unconditionally.

This is good news.

About The Yoga Book

The Yoga Book

The Yoga Book is a personal yoga diary! It is a book for your thoughts and experiences, after a yoga class. Do you have a favorite posture? Sketch it! Do you have a favorite class or instructor? Take notes! Do you have a creative idea? Write it down! Use it to determine your favorite style of yoga or enhance your practice. The Yoga Book is also perfect for teacher trainings and yoga workshops! Every page has an inspirational quote, space for the date, style of yoga, and instructor’s name. It also has a glossary of classic yogas. Enjoy!

“The idea for The Yoga Book came to me in a yoga class! I saw it clearly in my mind and I needed somewhere to write it down. Also, I had recently met with an Indian medical doctor, who had said “Different styles of yoga effect people differently, so it is important to know which ‘style of yoga’ is right for you.” So, I decided to create a book, where people could journal about their experiences in a yoga class, write about the different postures – how they felt, get inspired, and write about their insights… Sometimes I would come to class with a problem, any problem, and leave with a solution! And when I did, I’d write it down somewhere, so I decided to create The Yoga Book.”
