This week’s question is “How… can you ‘let it go,’ today?”

So, let’s start by defining ‘let it go…’

1.  The action of receiving something as suitable or reasonable.

Ex: She accepted her thoughts as reasonable and suitable, and she took action for her wellness. She trusted her intuition. 


How… can you ‘let it go,’ today?

  • Accept your thoughts and feelings and accept your actions…
  • Meditate on your decisions…and your actions.
    *Forgive yourself, completely, if necessary.
  • Breathe…
  • Accept your thoughts and feelings, in the past, and accept your actions…
  • Send love to those you care about…and send love to yourself.
  • Be at peace…
