    Ex: I am walking: I am talking: I am eating: I am cleaning…
  • Manage any distractions…
    Ex: Communicate your needs, turn off electronic devices…
  • Pay attention to color, movement, shape and sound.
  • Resolve to do something peacefully…
    Ex: I will do this peacefully, or I will stop.
  • Schedule it…
  • Take your time…
  • Enjoy!
