So, let’s start by defining ‘lighten up…’

Ex: We are all made of light, so it makes sense to lighten up.

  • Breathe…
  • Play a game…
  • Watch a comedy…

    Ex: Do a Polar Plunge!
  • Nurture yourself, tend your wellness…
