So, let’s start with defining ‘slow way down…’

1.  Decrease the speed in which you do something.


How… can you be ‘slow way down,’ today?

  • Do things slowly… 4 times slower than normal. 🙂
  • Brush your teeth, slowly.
  • Eat slowly…
  • Make your bed, slowly.
  • Exercise slowly.
  • Do your taxes, slowly. :S
    *Winter can drain your energy, so conserve it, by slowing down. 
  • Give yourself time and space to do things…
  • Be in Nature…
  • Listen…
  • Look at the world with soft eyes…
