    Ex: Do your best…

    Ex: Meditate on the oneness of all thing for 21 minutes.
  • Practice Bhakti-yoga
    Ex: Choose love, rather than fear…
  • Focus on your wellness…

In Yoga philosophy, there are five, classic styles.

  • Hatha-yoga: Yoga of Physical Movement
    Ex: You can practice Hatha-yoga, by physically moving your body in a precise way, while controlling your breath. Read more: Hatha Yoga
  • Jnana-yoga: Yoga of Enlightenment

    Ex: You can practice Karma-yoga, by doing your best.
