How… can you ‘choose each moment,’ today?

  • Surrender…
    Believe the Universe is working in your favor… for the greater good.
    Ex: If something “negative” happens, assume it’s for something positive, soon.
  • Breathe deeply…
  • Make a choice, then forget it!
    It’s done.

    *Use your intuition…

    *Choose it, fully.
    *Do it…

    *Let it go.
  • Notice shape, color, form, and texture, in the moment.
  • Focus your attention “outward” ~ on things and people around you.
  • When something happens, ‘choose’ the moment by acknowledging how you feel about it.
    Ex: I feel ______________ about it.
  • Feel your feelings…

  • Give up “should” and “shouldn’t…”
    Ex: Say to yourself, “This is happening,” rather than “This shouldn’t be happening.”
    Then, ask yourself, when it’s appropriate, “What’s next?”
  • Remind yourself that the Universe is on your side. 🙂
    Ex: The Universe wants you to win!
  • Enjoy!
