“How can you ‘focus on the good,’ today?”

  • Think about the good things you experience…
  • Handle something that’s bothering you…
    Ex: Take action to quell your fears…
  • Accept the mistake, or incident…
    Ex: She accidentally published an unfinished blog, but it showed people she was human and humans make mistakes. 🙂
  • Look at a situation as an opportunity to accept something…
    Ex: Ask yourself, “How can I be my highest self, right now?”
    *Breathe it in….really feel it.
  • Get angry first, if you need to get angry.
    Ex: Right now, I’m angry ,because I published the wrong blog an hour ago.
    ***k! Sh**! Arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh. I look like an idiot.
    *Feel it…BECAUSE IT COMPLETELY SUCKS, RIGHT NOW!
  • Forgive…
    Ex: I’m going to be the highest version of myself and forgive…without reason.
  • Make a list of the good things in your life…the things that make you happy.
  • Write something down that was good, yesterday, or today; or several things…
    Ex: Yesterday, I had a great meal at Tanpopo.
    Ex: I got to know a friend a little better…
    Ex: I was able to buy my favorite juices.
    Ex: I started a free trial at a fabulous health club.
    Ex: I had a wonderful sit in a sauna and steam room.
  • Think about the good things you’re going to do, today!
    Write them down…
    Ex: Work on photos, reflect on a body of work… 🙂
    Ex: Spend time with a wonderful person…
    Ex: Drink some great coffee…
    Ex: Take some vitamins, ginko, and fish oil, which make me feel great!
    Ex: Wear clean clothes! (I did laundry, yesterday.)
    Ex: Go to the swanky health club, today and do candle-light yoga.
    Ex: Talk to friends…
    Ex: Share another project…
