  • Meditate
  • Do calming things…
    Ex: Take a walk, Get a Massage…
  • Think calming thoughts…
    Ex: Visualize a Beautiful Beach; a Majestic Mountain; a Starry Night
  • If something you’re doing is upsetting you, stop doing it. 
    *Take some steps to be calm…
  • Give yourself a hug.
  • Love yourself…
  • Enjoy!
