  • Take a deep breath. 🙂
    *Take a deep, belly breath.

    ush the stomach out, hold the stomach out. 🙂
  • Surround yourself with white light…
  • Tense your shoulders, then relax your shoulders.
  • Practice yoga and meditate, every morning, this week. 🙂
  • Go to bed, early, tonight…
    *Fall asleep to a soothing meditation.
