How can you ‘truly listen,’ today?

  • Take time for yourself, first.
    *Tend to your wellness, needs, and desires.
  • Breathe deeply…
  • Be open to listening, perhaps without a response, at first…
  • Absorb the words…
  • Relax your body…

  • Feed your soul…

  • Look for coincidences!
  • Look for signs…

  • Be patient with yourself and wait for an idea to “bubble up.”
