How… can you ‘be gentle with yourself,’ today?

  • Do things slowly…
  • Pretend there is a four year old child living inside you; then pretend it’s you, because it is you. 🙂
    *Ask yourself, “How would I talk to a four year old child, when things go wrong?”
    *Then, talk to yourself, as if you were a four year old child, when things go wrong.
  • Breathe deeply…
  • Take time for yourself…
  • Stretch…
  • Listen with a clear mind and an open heart…
  • Look at the world with soft eyes…
    “Not like some dragon you got to slay…”
