How… can you ‘surrender to a choice,’ today?

  • Make good choices… 🙂
  • Trust your choice…bliss is near.
    *Take time to think about your choice; weigh the pros and cons.
  • After you make a choice, say to yourself, “This is a valid choice.”
    Ex: I’m going to (fill in the blank), now…It is valid.
    *Then, keep your word.
  • Surrender completely, to your choice…
    Ex: If someone has failed to meet an expectation, give up your judgements about it: ‘This is bad. This is good…’ *Feel sad…then make a choice. *Make a choice that makes you feel good.
    Ex: If you’re meeting a friend, focus on the friend, only.
  • Breathe…
  • Exercise and meditate…
    *Make sure your mind is clear…
  • Handle the crap that’s bothering you…
  • Make some cool choices, today…
    Ex: Volunteer; Go to the Movies; Listen to a Friend…
  • Enjoy!
