How… can you express yourself, fully, today?

  • Define it…
    Ex: I’m angry, because…
  • Breathe deeply…
  • Wiggle your body… 😉
  • Structure the thing you’d like to express…
    Ex: Create a story: “I woke up this morning and [this thing] was on my mind and I was feeling [this way]…”
  • Ask yourself, “What would I like to achieve?”
    Ex: Explain myself; Solve a problem; Learn something; Teach something; Express feelings and thoughts in a clear and concise way; Create something new…
  • Express the intended goal…
    Ex: I really want things to change.

    Ex: I really want some clarity.
  • Exercise and meditate before you speak….
