  • Intend… it will go well. 🙂
  • Do something different!
  • Meditate…
  • Breathe Deeply…
  • Make a choice and stick to it!
    *Follow your intuition, then do it!

  • Learn about your fear…
    Ex: If you’re afraid of snakes, learn about snakes.

  • Take action! You can be afraid and do it, anyway!
  • Imagine YOU are someone who is valiantly brave!
    *Imagine you are Joan of Arc, Martin Luther King… whoever!
    *Ask yourself, for instance, “What would ‘Joan of Arc” do? Then, do it!
    *Act – as if – you are Joan of Arc!
    *Be Joan of Arc!
